- Must be a Supporter/Fan of Philip Nadela
- Must be SOLID Philip, with no major position or responsibility on other groups.
- Willing to attend Group meetings/online or personal.
- Must have access to internet, always or every weekend.
- Must have the desire to make PCN the BEST group, Most Organized, and Most Active.
- Must have the desire to share and make friends with his/her co-Philip supporters.
- Must have the least self-interest.
PCN Online Moderators (3)
- Must be a Supporter/Fan of Philip Nadela
- Can either be an Admin/mod to other group, BUT willing to commit to maintain order at PCN.
- Willing to attend Group meetings/online or personal.
- Must have access to internet, always or every weekend.
- Must have the desire to make PCN the BEST group, Most Organized, and Most Active.
